‘Teens take the Stage’ looks set to be an exciting performance that will take place during the RLO Chamber Opera Festival next week.

Teens from local high schools will perform an evening of opera for their parents and the audience, with poster printing and brochure printing through local print companies no doubt well underway to let people know about it.

This special evening show is being performed by talented and locally-based high-school students as part of the festival series happening around the area during this week-long event. The students will perform a double bill that includes Menotti’s ‘Amelia Goes to the Ball’ and ‘The Old Maid and the Thief’.

It represents an ideal chance to get out of the house and enjoy a unique night as the students raise their voices in song. This is a showcase that people are sure to talk about for a long time, with many world class musical performance programs created to treat the audience throughout the evening. Other performances are listed on the events website.

Tickets for this showcase are $10 for students and seniors, and $15 for adults. It will be happening on Tuesday, April 30, starting at 7:30 pm at the RAPA located at 727 East Main Street in Rochester, New York. To learn more, please visit the RLO Chamber Opera Festival website or call the RAPA during business hours. Tickets for this performance can be purchased through Brown Paper Tickets or the Genesee Regional Bank locations.
