The historic Patchogue Theatre on East Main Street, home to the Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts (PTPA), will feature a lively array of entertainment during the month of November.

On Saturday, November 3, Blue Suede Shoes—The Superstars of Rock is on tap at 8:00 pm. Inspired by the legendary 1956 jam/recording session of Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Johnny Cash, and Carl Perkins at the studio of Memphis’ Sun Records, the show features many of the quartet’s most famous tunes.

The Live in the Lobby series continues on Thursday, November 8 at 7:30 pm, with area rock band The Corduroy Sky and international acoustic folk/melodic artist Rupert Wates. Representing very different segments of the music spectrum, their combined talents promise a special evening. A complimentary beverage is included. The venue offers both standing room and limited seating.

The Led Zeppelin Experience: Hammer of The Gods will lift the theater’s roof on Saturday, November 10 at 8:00 pm. This show offers ‘behind the music’ stories and a multi-media immersion in the Led Zeppelin catalog. True fans will not miss this two-and-a-half hour event.

Soon after, ‘Menopause The Musical’, running over the weekend of November 17–18, presents the shared experiences of four strangers at a lingerie sale against the irrepressible backdrop of classic tunes of the 60s to the 80s.

Poster and flyer printing may be available for these or other events sponsored by the PTPA. Buy tickets by calling (631-207-1313) or visiting the box office, or on the theater’s website.
