Street fair to shine upon Long Beach

September 2, 2013 by

Throughout this weekend, Nassau County Craft Shows will be hosting a street fair in Long Beach, New York in association with the Long Beach Chamber of Commerce.

The event will be populated with vendors selling high quality handmade crafts and gifts. There will be both emerging artisans and established names, and attendees will be able to find great deals on the crafts at the fair, since many of the artisans will be there in person to sell their items.

Nassau County Craft Shows is known for its street fairs, all of which are well advertised and located in upscale neighborhoods. The company was founded by Alan Finchley in 2008 with the idea of providing a better fair experience to vendors. Creating better opportunities and conditions for the vendors has allowed the company to retain leading artisans at events.

Part of the Nassau County Craft Shows advertising and promotion plan will likely include working with printing companies to create advertising materials. Promotional posters and flyers, which can be distributed in nearby areas like Island Park, are a great way to generate awareness for the event, and postcards could also be used towards this end.

The fair will be held from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm on Saturday, September 7 and Sunday, September 8. The event is free to attend and is an opportunity to brighten up the home with some bargains. While vendors often prefer cash, there will be several on hand who accept credit cards as well.
