Brighton Beach jubilee planned for this summer

June 20, 2017 by

This summer, Brighton Beach will be celebrating both the season and the neighborhood with the 41st annual Brighton Jubilee, and one and all are welcome to join in the festivities.

The event, which also serves as a fundraiser for the Brighton Neighborhood Association, will span an area of several blocks, and there will be plenty to see and do for all ages. There will be food and non-food vendors set up for the occasion, as well as live entertainment on the multiple stages that will be erected. The little ones can enjoy spending time on the kiddie rides, and it is expected that, if it goes as well as in other years, more than 100,000 people will attend the jubilee.

The planners of this community-wide celebration are accepting applications from local businesses and community service organizations interested in participating in the day. Several options for this are available, and the monies raised will be used by the neighborhood organization to assist in its various initiatives. An area printer will be able to supply a wide assortment of branded promotional products for an event such as this.

This celebration of all that makes Brighton Beach special has been planned for August 27th. Anyone who would like to find out more about participating as a sponsor or vendor, or who just wants additional information has been asked to visit its website.
