Merger brings fresh opportunities for professionals

With the announcement made earlier this month that the Wall Chamber of Commerce had officially become a part of the Southern Monmouth Chamber of Commerce, Wall Township-based professionals now have a lot more options from a networking and development standpoint. After closing out the month of August on a high note, chamber members will have a fresh opportunity to open up dialogue with city leadership later on in September.

It all starts tomorrow, August 29, in fact, with ‘Business After Hours. With this meet-up offering a full two hours of networking from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, business owners who were previously affiliated with the Wall Chamber stand to gain quite a bit from getting in touch with a reputable print company and ordering a bit of extra business card printing ahead of this one. Being hosted in Brick by RAC Consulting, this free event promises to bring plenty to the table for interested individuals.

Although things do quiet down a bit going into September, the activity starts up again soon enough with ‘Meet the Mayors’ taking place on September 18. In light of the role that government has to play in making a market conducive to business owners, it never hurts to promote open and honest dialogue. Being hosted very close to Wall Township, in Belmar, this is a fantastic chance for businesspeople to come and hear about the issues from the perspective of the municipal government.

In any case, the recent merger has done a lot to provide professionals with more opportunities in the coming weeks.
