Manalapan will be kicking off the holiday season on an evening early in December. It will feature a concert, tree lighting, hayride, and the arrival of Santa Claus.

A holiday concert will be preceding the Christmas tree lighting ceremony. This will all take place in the Manalapan Municipal Building’s court room. The Municipal Building will also be the starting location for the Holiday Hayride, and Santa will be the finale for the evening.

Santa will be arriving a couple of days later in Freehold where he will be having breakfast at Lew’s Café. At noon, he will arrive at the train station. Kids can have Sunday brunch and pictures taken with the old elf a couple of mornings later at the American Hotel. Many of those pictures will surely go into this year’s holiday cards.

The Manalapan holiday kickoff will be December 7. The concert, tree lighting and hayride will begin at 7:00 pm, and Santa will arrive at 8:00 pm.
