Young people can sharpen their football skills at the Malcolm Jenkins Foundation Next Level Youth Football Camp at Piscataway High School, located just minutes away from East Brunswick.

The camp is open to youth ages 7 to 17 and will be run by Malcolm Jenkins – a free safety for the New Orleans Saints. The camp will instill in participants the basics fundamentals of football.

Camp is free and begins at 9:00 am on Friday, June 21. The school is located at Behmer Rd and Hoes Lane in Pascataway Township.

The camp will also provide information on health and wellness, as well as sports safety information for parents.

Registration includes a camp T-shirt, snacks, and lunch for all participants. Students should wear sports clothing and tennis shoes or football cleats. They should not wear jewelry or bring personal items to camp.

Parents of children under age 13 must remain on the premises during camp hours, which will be from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on both Saturday and Sunday.

For learning and development of a different kind, teachers and parents can help students and schools sharpen their learning skills by using Student Growth Objectives (SGO). A symposium on the subject will be held at 9:00 am on Monday, June 24, at the Auten Road Intermediate School, 281 Auten Road, Hillsborough.

Led by Dr. James Stronge, the symposium will cover the basics for successful implementation of SGO. All required materials will be provided. A local printing company is the perfect resource for printing any quantity of handouts for presentations of this nature.
