The 8th annual Virginia Roast and Toast festival is taking place next month in Norfolk, raising funds for the Hermitage Young Associates Board.

Guests will be treated to the finest Virginia oysters and barbecued foods, while also having the opportunity to try some local craft beers and wine. There will be musical entertainment and an auction, together with a Stickwork installation by artist Patrick Dougherty.

Auction items will be provided by local businesses. Table sponsorships are available for groups of eight, and signage will be provided on each table to recognize the sponsors.

During the evening, guests will also have the opportunity to tour the Hermitage Museum and Gardens. The collection includes Asian paintings, sculpture, and textiles. Museum admission is included in the ticket price for the festival.

This event will likely attract a number of people from the Norfolk area who want to support the Hermitage Museum. Organizers might invest in poster printing services to help spread the word in the community.

The Virginia Roast and Toast festival will be held at the Hermitage Museum and Gardens on November 5 from 3:00 to 6:00 PM. Tickets are $55 for museum members and $65 for nonmembers.
