Bring a pet to the Pet Lover’s Expo

The Pet Lover’s Expo will take place at the Barre Auditorium on April 28 from 9 am-6 pm. Admission is a donation to the Central Vermont Humane Society. Pets are welcome but must be in a carrier or on a leash.

There are expected to be 200-400 vendors in attendance. These will include pet therapists, pet food manufacturers, those who sell pet toys and pet trainers; basically any business that provides any services to pet lovers should be in attendance. There will also be food concessions.

Booths are available for rental for $99 for regular businesses or $79 for non-profit businesses. Vendors should definitely arrange with brochure printers from the area, including those from Hinesburg, to have literature to hand out to passers-by. Everyone who attends such a show wants to have freebies to take home with them. Vendors can further market their products by providing free bags printed with their company name and/or logo for people to carry home all the freebies they expect to pick up.

Everybody loves their pets and some of them consider them to be their children and will gladly spoil them. Events such as the Pet Lover’s Expo will allow them to spoil their beloved pet by letting them buy everything from toys to food to luxury beds to clothing. They also will be helping to support those less-fortunate pets by donating to the Humane Society and will have the chance to meet some of their fellow pet owners and their pets.
