Nashua to step up to the beat

June 17, 2013 by

Family friendly entertainment is on the cards this weekend, with the Nassua Family Music Fest set to feature a wide variety of performances from many talented and renowned musicians. There are also a number of children’s activities planned on this day. Digital flyer printing, poster printing, and banner printing may have been chosen by the organizers to spread the word about this wonderful festival to people in this community and the surrounding areas.

At this festival, children will enjoy a number of games and activities including face painting, a karate demonstration, and a petting zoo. Some of the groups performing at this year’s festival include The Jon Lorentz Quartet, Marjorie Bollinger, Rebecca Jeffreys, Mike Loce’s Ukestra, and Marie Mendelow offering an African Drumming number. There will be catered food events through Weir’s Roasting as well.

This event is being staged to raise awareness and to support the Nashua Community School, with an eye-catching lineup of entertainment for both children and adults. The organizers ask that families support their cause by purchasing food at the festival site, and the school offers a broad spectrum of musical learning and performing classes.

This festival is free to everyone, although donations would be gladly accepted. The Nashua Family Music Fest will be held on Saturday, June 22, starting at 12:00 pm at the Greeley Park located at 100 Concord Street in Nashua, New Hampshire. To learn more about this festival, and the entertainment being planned, please visit the Nashua Family Music Fest website or call the organizers at 603-881-7030.
