Nashua neighborhoods block together for an enjoyable weekend

September 20, 2013 by

Tomorrow’s Nashua Block Party sees several neighborhoods come together to celebrate Nashua by bringing in an exciting and novel family-friendly get-together. In and around the area, flyer printing and other printing services is likely to have been used to keep everyone in the know about the goings-on.

There will be a series of parties taking place in Roby Park, Nashua High School North, and the Tree Streets and French Hill neighborhoods. The parties have been put together by a selected group of community-minded individuals from an assortment of organizations, including Paul Shea from the Gate City Community Gardens, Chris Malloy from the City of Nashua, Shaun Nelson from the Police Athletic League, and Chris Williams from the Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce.

This offers an opportunity for families to come together and enjoy socializing with neighbors and friends while enjoying various activities, games, and a variety of foods and music. For those who wish to join in the block party and add their neighborhood to this festive event, there are kits available to assist with the planning.

The block party will be happening tomorrow, September 21, starting at 1:00 pm in the neighborhoods listed above in Nashua, New Hampshire. In the spirit of friendliness and getting together, there will be no charge to attend the parties. For additional information, or to pick up a neighborhood block party organization kit, please visit the Nashua Chamber of Commerce website or call it during business hours.
