Newburyport festival set to spring into life

May 24, 2013 by

This Memorial Day Weekend, Newburyport will be hosting its Spring Fest celebration, featuring live music performances, arts and crafts vendors, and food and drink provided by the town’s best restaurants. There will also be entertainment for children, all of which should make for a great family atmosphere in the downtown area.

On Sunday, May 26, the live performances will be kicked off by a children’s performer named Lindsay and Her Puppet Pals. The performance will run from 10:30 am to 11:30 am and is a storytelling session featuring puppetry. The show is sure to be perfect for young children, particularly those between three and eight years old, with its fun, positive short stories told with the help of the puppets. Lindsay‚Äôs website has more information about the program.

The music fan is unlikely to feel left out, with bands set to perform on both days. On Sunday afternoon, JamStatic, a modern and classic rock band, will take the stage. The following day, the afternoon music will be provided by Way to the River, a progressive rock cover band. Both bands will be performing from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm on their respective days.

For these entertainers, as well as the vendors at the festival, printing companies can be of great help. Business card printing companies might also find themselves with plenty of work leading up to this event, as vendors and entertainers seek to have an ample supply on hand during the event.
