Real Estate Workshop takes place April 25th

Whether planning to take a look at the basics of selling Real Estate independently or making plans to support local industry professionals in the upcoming weeks, Rocky Hill residents have at least a couple of options available to them as it stands.

Due to the fact that it’s a tangible asset and there are multiple ways in which it can be used to make money, Real Estate is an industry that’s here to stay. For residents and those looking to turn a profit flipping houses, however, the fees associated with hiring a Real Estate agent and closing costs make it harder to turn a profit.

As a part of the ‘For Sale By Owner’ Educational Workshop being held on the 25th, attendees will be able to come to the Glastonbury Riverfront Community Center and hear what an experienced Realtor has to say about selling homes without the help of an agent. Equipped with this practical advice on how individuals can make things work for them, future sellers will be able to put out advertisements and flyer printing with confidence. Being held in the evening at 7:00 pm, the timing is certainly convenient for those who’d like to attend.

Another event to keep an eye out for in May is the Legislative Reception being held by the Connecticut Heating & Cooling Contractors Association. Tailored primarily for professionals in that industry, this is another option for those who are looking for up-to-date information as well as a great way to spend the evening. Contact the Association to learn more.
