Mt. Pleasant gets reinvigorated with new businesses opening this spring

Bowman Place, which is anchored by Dick’s Sporting Goods in Mt. Pleasant, will be the home of new tenants this spring, followed by other new retail establishments in the surrounding area.

The Vitamin Shoppe, which provides nutritional supplements across the country, will open its retail operation in a new structure near Johnnie Dodds Boulevard. The space will be 2,688 square feet in size and is set to open sometime in the spring.

Two new restaurants will also be opening in another new building. Kairos Greek Kitchen, measuring 2,000 square feet in size, will be opening in April. Following this, MidiCi: The Neapolitan Pizza Company will be opening an outlet twice this size in May.

Also opening will be Blo-Blow Dry Bar and Waxing the City in the Patriot Plaza Shopping Center. These two salons are scheduled to open this month.

Blo-Blow Dry Bar features styling and hair washing, but does not do coloring or cutting of hair. Waxing the City offers its services to both men and women for exfoliating skin and lifting away stubborn hairs. These two shops will be open every day of the week.

All of these new businesses might consider the use of various types of marketing services to promote their offerings and make the community aware that they are open for business.
