Watertown to promote adult wellness

March 28, 2014 by

In a workshop happening tomorrow, adults will learn about various methods that can be used to promote adult health and wellness. This event is sponsored by the Alzheimer’s Association and the good people at Heritage Homes, and promises to be filled with excellent information.

The sponsors most likely used poster printing and banner printing, plus other printing services, to make this expo come to life and to promote it in this community and in the surrounding regions.

The Watertown Wellness Expo is an educational event that will present adults with sessions on how to maintain healthy living, as well as with sessions about adult children who are caring for senior parents and the health issues that may arise there. Seniors who live on their own will also receive a wealth of resources and information about aging.

People attending this event will find many vendors with products and will be able to speak to health and wellness professionals about things that concern them. This expo’s theme is ‘Living, Learning, and Laughter in Adulthood’ and covers all aspects of health and wellness at any age.

Admission to this event is free and everyone is welcome to come. The Watertown Wellness Expo is happening on Saturday, March 29, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at Bethesda Center located at 700 Hoffman Drive in Watertown, Wisconsin. To learn more about this event, please visit the Watertown Wellness Expo website or call Laurie Rehm at 920-567-2001.
