Community Bank expanding services to Heath

The Community Bank in Zanesville, located approximately 36 miles southwest of Newark, recently announced that it will soon be expanding its services with a Lending Center to be located in Licking County.

The new Lending Center is in Heath and is scheduled to open early this month. Heath is approximately 30 miles northeast of Zanesville and only about 4 miles southeast of newark. This means that Newark citizens will now have easier access to some of the services offered by the Community Bank.

When financial institutions and other businesses expand operations to other areas, a number of printing services are likely to be needed. For example, business card printing or stationery printing may be necessary to make changes to information and include the new location. Some businesses may even choose to use digital business cards to reach out to new and potential clientele in the area.

The new Lending Center is located at 1102 Hebron Road in Heath. Vice president and community banker, Jim Holman, and senior mortgage consultant, Bob Hoover, will staff the Lending Center. Holman, who has been a resident of Newark since birth, brings 13 years of banking experience to the table. A graduate of Licking Valley High School, he went on to obtain his bachelor’s degree in banking from Ohio University in Athens. Hoover, who graduated from Newark High School and lives in Heath, has more than 22 years of mortgage lending experience and also graduated from Ohio University with a bachelor’s degree.
