Piada Italian Street Food to open near Fairfield

The zesty taste of Italy is making its way to the fairfield area in the coming months. Piada Italian Street Food is scheduled to open up a restaurant in Hyde Park Plaza in Oakley, located just southeast of Fairfield, later this year.

Piada will occupy the space in the Hyde Park Plaza that was formerly occupied by T.G.I Friday’s at 3780 Paxton Avenue. The Italian restaurant will be open daily from 10:45 am until 10:00 pm.

As Piada and other restaurants, shops and businesses move into the Fairfield and surrounding area, printing companies located nearby might be used to provide printed materials that are typically required for new businesses to make a name for themselves in a new location. These printing services might include business card printing , flyer printing, and Banner Printing to be used at Grand Opening ceremonies and announce special sales.

Piada Italian Street Food offers its guests a fast and casual dining experience with a choice of three entrees which include a chopped salad or pasta bowl and the Piada, which is an Italian thin bread that is baked on a stone grill and rolled up with your choice of fillings. Fillings for the Piada include Italian sausage, steak, salmon, and a variety of sautéed or fresh vegetables. A variety of sauces are also offered, including Alfredo, Pomodoro, and Pesto. Side dishes available to customers include Piada sticks, calamari, and Italian chips served up with a spinach and artichoke dip. Beer, wine, and Italian sodas are available as well.
