Jungle Jim’s and other retailers currently under construction

Construction on Jungle Jim’s and a number of other retail spaces in Fairfield is currently underway, with the retail giant expected to open sometime toward the end of the year. The 6,000-square foot extension is located at the Shoppes at Library Center. H&H Structural Contracting in Fairfield is in charge of building the store.

Part of the retail center under construction is already leased out and the businesses expected to move into the area include Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt, AT&T, Jimmy Johns, and Gamestop. Each store space measures between 1,200 and 1,600 square feet. This will make the second location for Menchie’s in the greater Cincinnati area, with the other being located in Mason, and a third location may be coming soon to West Chester. According to Technomic Inc., Menchie’s is only second to Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt in its growth rate.

As new and growing businesses move into the Fairfield area, local printing companies may be called upon to provide a variety of printing services. New businesses often require stationery printing and business card printing to establish their business in a new location. In addition, many new companies and businesses may make use of banner printing or poster printing to announce grand opening events, promotions, or other activities to the public. Flyer printing or brochure printers may also be used to provide customers with information.

In keeping with the developments, three other spaces in the retail center are available for lease, which occupy 416, 2,500, and 4,000 square feet of space.
