Yard House added to the newly developed Banks area

Yard House, an L.A. restaurant chain, has decided to locate a new store at the Banks in Cincinnati. The high-end restaurant is scheduled to open sometime late this year. It will encompass 11,000 square feet of property at the Banks, which is located in downtown Cincinnati between the Paul Brown Stadium and the Great American Ball Park. Yard House has selected a piece of property across from Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse on Walnut Street.

As new restaurants and other businesses move into the newly developed Banks shopping area, Cincinnati print companies might expect additional business themselves. New businesses generally require business card printing and stationery printers in order to establish themselves at a new location. In addition, these new businesses will likely use banner printing, flyer printing, and other forms of advertisement to promote the business in the newly developed downtown Banks area.

Yard House will feature decks and patios looking out upon the waters of the Ohio River, while modern designs will connect it to the riverfront surroundings. The high-end restaurant serves a variety of American cuisine, such as steaks, salads, pizza, burgers, tacos, and pasta. A center island bar will offer nearly 200 taps of craft beers that are stored in a keg room with glass walls. Classic rock tunes create the comfortable ambience of Yard House.

This deal brings the newly developed first phase retail space at The Banks to 87 percent leased property. Other restaurants that have opened at The Banks in the last year include Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, Tin Roof, Crave, and the Wine Guy. Plans for pre-leasing the second phase are already underway.
