Cincinnati’s upcoming ‘ReSource by the River’ will bring many businesses together for a non-profit community event. The Ohio showpiece exists to recognize local business partnerships that have enable the support of many non-profit organizations.

This year, special recognition will go to US Bank for lending its support to ReSource’s efforts in the non-profit community. The Corporate Community Partner Award will be given to the financial institution at the evening’s festivities. US Bank has long sponsored ReSources’ Building Blocks educational series in partnership with the Health Foundation of Greater Cincinnati. The entity also regularly contributes excess supplies and office furniture.

The bank invested $47m in the area last year, helping fund affordable housing and provide renovation to local non-profit organizations, along with revitalizing the urban core within the city. Employees from U.S. Bank volunteered over 21,000 hours of community efforts, as well as serving on more than 50 non-profit committees and boards.

The YWCA of Greater Cincinnati will also be honored as a 2013 community partner. The group participated in partnership with ReSource in its Member Makeover event. A special unveiling announcement and party regarding a revamped living room based at the House of Peace, a women’s shelter, will take place later in the year.

Frequently, print companies provide services to help communicate events of this nature and increase attendance. Usually made of heavy vinyl, professionally printed banners can withstand weather elements easily.

The ReSource by the River event will take place October 5 at the Cincinnati Montgomery Inn Boathouse Riverside Pavilion, beginning at 7:00 pm.
