Freshii, an eco-friendly restaurant, opened its doors at 426 Walnut Street on the ground floor located in the U.S Bank Tower in Cincinnati on Tuesday, February 28. The restaurant serves breakfast and lunch in a casual setting. Their menu consists of a large variety of customizable soups, salads, wraps, rice bowls, yogurts and other dishes. The new diner is located in the spot that was previously occupied by Fruities. It encompasses nearly 1200 square feet of space and seats approximately 30 diners. The restaurant focuses on freshness and environmentally safe packaging.

New businesses locating in Cincinnati may mean more business for Cincinnati printing companies. As restaurant chains like Freshii and other businesses open new locations in the area, they often require a variety of printing services to establish themselves within the community. New businesses will often need business card printing, stationery printing and other print services. In addition, new businesses generally announce their new location with banner printing, flyer printing and other promotional methods.

The Cincinnati restaurant is the first local location for the restaurant chain. Robbie Sosna, of Blue Ash, first came up with the concept for a fresh and fast food chain while working for the David Letterman Show in New York. He said that everywhere you turned, there was a “grab and go’ style restaurant on every corner in New York. When Sosna later moved to Los Angeles, he noticed that the city didn’t have similar shops. He seized the opportunity, and Freshii was born. Sosna opened his first shop in Beverly Hills last December.
