Pizzelii Pizzeria, owned by Garry Gottenbusch, Bob Slattery, and Barry Greve, is scheduled to open next month in Cincinnati, southwest of Centerville. The restaurant will feature brick oven pizza and will serve soft drinks, beer, and wine. Expected to open in January, Pizzelii Pizzeria will be located at 7605 Wooster Pike, next to Hahana Beach.

New businesses coming into the Centerville and surrounding area are likely to use local printing services for business documents such as business card printing, stationery printing, and banner printing. As restaurants and other business celebrate grand openings, they may also use flyer or poster printing to advertise special promotions.

Gottenbusch owns Servatii’s, while Slattery is the owner of Wags Dog Park, Hahana Beach, and the recently renovated Heritage House. Greve, meanwhile, has owned Larosa franchises for the last two decades. According to Gottenbusch, he and Slattery have been working on their brick oven pizza for the last three years, perfecting their recipe. The two entrepreneurs decided recently that their brick oven pizzas were ready to be released to the public. Gottenbusch said that the pizza customers at Pizzelii Pizza will taste was actually created over two centuries ago.

The pizzeria will specialize in Neapolitan pizza, which has a thin crust and is baked at very high temperatures. According to Gottenbusch, oven temperatures are as high as 800 degrees. He said that the high temperatures, in combination with fresh ingredients, guarantees that customers will receive good food and fast service. The dough will be prepared daily in house and only fresh ingredients will be served on each pizza.
