Business workshop to stress the importance of planning ahead

October 31, 2012 by

The West County Chamber of Commerce’s latest lunch and learn workshop will take place at West County Nissan in Ballwin in a couple of weeks, with the topic being ‘Failing to Plan = Planning to Fail’. Tickets are $15 and include a boxed lunch.

The workshop will be led by Tim FitzGerald, who will be talking about the importance of planning in business and how vital it is that business owners and managers set schedules and adhere to them.
It will stress the need to pan for every small thing that could go wrong and know how to make it right. Those who attend this workshop should come away with better planning skills and ideas on how to proceed.

This will be an excellent networking opportunity for business leaders from all over West County, including nearby Manchester. Those attending will surely want to arrange for a new business card printing order in advance. This, in itself, will be a perfect example of planning in advance, as attending businesspeople will want to know that their contact information is up-to-date and correct, that their cards are in perfect order, and that they have plenty of cards to give out to everyone who wants one.

The workshop win be held on November 13 from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm. The organizers stress that space is limited, so it would be advisable to book as soon as possible via the West Country Chamber of Commerce website.
