Minneapolis Regional gives local professionals something to think about

By hosting business coaching sessions and events like “Meet the Chamber!” the Minneapolis Regional Chamber of Commerce will be giving Bloomington professionals more tools than can be used to the benefit of local companies.

With the chamber event calendar detailing events that range from lunch-time networking to business safety and security this month, Bloomington-based entrepreneurs have a full list of activities to participate in. Starting things off briskly with Connect at Lunch meetings taking place February 1st and 29th, chamber members have a unique opportunity to network in small groups of two or three over a meal. While attendees don’t need to bring a lot of business card printing , there’s no question that these meet-ups are productive.

On the 14th, the chamber will be hosting an orientation event for its members called “Meet the Chamber!”. At this gathering, new and experienced members are invited to learn about the ways in which a company can get more out of the chamber. Attendees are encouraged to register ahead of time.

Another highlight to look forward to is the free business coaching members can have. Taken from the website:

“The Chamber has partnered with AdviCoach to offer free one-hour coaching sessions for our members. Coaching sessions occur between 1:00 -5:00 p.m. on the third Monday of each month. The location will rotate between our three Chamber offices.”

Covering everything from networking to government/business relationships, the Minneapolis Regional Chamber of Commerce will be giving its members every chance to benefit this February. It’s a simple matter of picking one and putting in an appearance.
