Quad Cities Chamber offers Chance to Meet

March 6, 2012 by

With “A Chance to Meet”, an EDGe workshop, and a networking group meeting all showing up on this month’s calendar, it’s clear that the Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce has lined up several exciting events for local members of the business community.

The first of these events to take place will be the EDGe workshop on March 13th. Starting in the evening at 5:30 pm, the topic is a subject that’s near and dear to the hearts of most business owners: media and marketing. Once again emphasizing practical advice and concrete knowledge, MediaLink’s Natalie Linville-Mass will be hosting this workshop. According to the Quad Cities Chamber website, this presentation will cover details like the logistics of planning a marketing campaign, the financial aspects, and the best ways to evaluate and maximize the results.

A week after the EDGe, “A Chance to Meet” is being held at the DHCU Community Credit Union in Moline. In this particular series, individuals who make the final purchasing decisions for large companies are invited to share what they look for when they’re buying on behalf of their organizations. Beginning at 8:00 am and concluding at around 9:00 am, this event gives business owners a chance to promote themselves and attendees the opportunity to network with a potential major client.

For an occasion that will almost certainly require business card printing , Davenport entrepreneurs can also attend the Morning Network’s next meet-up on the 21st. With online registration being an option for all of these events, local business owners have the luxury of being able to sign up on their own terms.
