Dollhouse delights coming to Davenport

The 29th Annual Sale and Exhibit of Dollhouse Miniatures is looking set to be great event for the whole family this weekend.

Featured in this exhibition are miniature-scaled dollhouses staged with furnishings and delicate décor. Flyer printing, poster printing, and business card printing by local printing companies may have been used to promote the show to people throughout the area.

This is a fundraising event that offers raffle tickets for purchase to the public and all the proceeds raised from this event will go to the local domestic abuse shelters in the Quad Cities. The project is completed by the Metro Mini Makers of the Quad Cities and will feature beautifully crafted miniature doll houses, including room boxes.

Dollhouses are available in ¼’, ½’, and 1’ scale, and the sale room will have more than20 vendors from several neighboring states with a wide selection of doll house and other products, no doubt armed with a fresh supply of digital business cards. There will also be a miniature Basket Tote workshop, as well as a ‘Pump Fountain’.

Admission is $5 per adult and $2 for children 10 and under. The show will be happening tomorrow, May 17, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and this Saturday, May 18, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at The River Center in Davenport, Iowa.
