Des Plaines Chamber to hold Mayor’s Breakfast and Young Professionals Event

January 13, 2012 by

The Des Plaines Chamber of Commerce has no less than two worthwhile events lined up for the month of January.

On the 19th, the Chamber will be hosting the Mayor’s Breakfast at Manzo’s Ristorante & Banquets. In many respects, this event is going to be a time to reflect on the accomplishments of this past year while discussing the future of government and business in Des Plaines.

Members of the business community will undoubtedly be very interested in finding out what the Mayor has in store for the coming year. The 7:30 am to 9:00 am schedule makes it easier for local professionals to attend and get a sense of what they can expect from 2012. Priced at $40 for non-members and $30 for members, this is an event to consider.

Just a day after the Mayor’s annual presentation, Young Professionals Network is holding another “Coffee Talk”. Held in collaboration with the Mount Prospect Chamber, younger members are going to get a chance to mingle with one another and further their business relationships. Since this is an event where people can simply stop by and talk to other young professionals, there are sure to be plenty of opportunities to gain referrals and contacts in a no-pressure atmosphere.

Keeping all of this in mind, the printing services of a local printing company could prove useful when it comes to acquiring a suitable supply of business card printing.

No matter how it’s looked at, the Des Plaines Chamber is off to a strong start this year.
