Chamber’s August Luncheon on the 23rd

August 2, 2012 by

Although activity typically slows down in the summer, the Hartford County Chamber of Commerce will be keeping things interesting this month with the August Luncheon as well as the upcoming Business After Hours meet-up. Thanks to the convenience of these locations, Bel Air professionals are fortunate in that both of these sessions are within reasonable driving distance for them.

On August 23rd, 2012, Joseph M. Greco Sr. will be the August Luncheon’s distinguished guest speaker. Currently working for the Maryland Port Administration as the Deputy Director of Marketing, Mr. Greco’s professional biography practically speaks for itself:

Following graduation, Mr. Greco worked at Columbia Coastal Transport for a full decade. During that time, he continually distinguished himself as a capable individual and was eventually promoted to Regional Manager. Following Columbia, he was also the Senior Vice President of the Steamship Trade Association of Baltimore. In this capacity, Mr. Greco handled projects that touched on a number of important areas like training and Information Technology.

With credentials like these, professionals can rest assured that this guest speaker will have plenty of fascinating insights to share. Taking place August 23rd at 11:30 am, online registration is an option for those who are interested in attending the August Luncheon.

Another chamber event that the business community may want to keep an eye out for is the Business After Hours meet-up that’s being hosted in Edgewood on the 30th. Going from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, this is as good a chance as any to do some networking. Those looking to add to their list of contacts should consider ordering business card printing a few weeks in advance.
