Help support The Children’s Home in Baltimore

October 4, 2012 by

The fundraiser ‘Faces 2012’ is taking place this month, with the theme being “the process of recycling our lives”. This theme will be displayed in the artwork of the residents of The Children’s Home, which will then be auctioned off during the evening.

There will be plenty of food to enjoy, as well as fine wine and dancing, all of which will add up to an enjoyable evening for those who are interested in the continuing services of The Children’s Home. Business-minded individuals attending may also find out a way that they can further help the organization and connect with like-minded business peers.

No doubt Baltimore printing companies are helping the organizers of this yearly event with their preparations. They might be offering flyer printing services in order to advertise the event, since flyers are reasonably inexpensive and can be distributed to the community with no extra outlay.

The Children’s Home has existed since 1863 and helps children who have been abused, require supervised care, or have undergone a serious trauma. It is a residential facility that helps young people between the ages of 13 to 21. The current Capital Campaign is raising money to allow the home to expand and to help even more children than it does now.

Faces 2012 will be held on October 17 from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Tickets are $70 or $130 for two, while admission together with the VIP reception is $100. Proceeds go towards The Children’s Home Capital Campaign. For more information, please call 410-744-7310.
