Miami to bid a fond farewell to summer

September 4, 2017 by

Autumn days may be on the way, but Miami kids are invited to come to an area event that will keep the summer fun going.

Splish Splash Bash will have lots to do for people of all ages. There will be games set up, and music will be playing to keep the crowd entertained. Kids can bounce and slide in the wet and dry inflatables, and when time comes for a snack, there will be food on site as well. Kids who are aged five and under can enjoy themselves in the tot corner, which will be filled with activities geared to their age group.

While the younger set are having fun getting wet, their parents and caregivers can socialize while they relax in the shade. Separate bracelets will be sold for the tot corner and the inflatables for older kids, and they will be priced at $10 and $20 respectively. Parents will be required to supervise their children and make sure they stay in the area that has been designated for children their age. A printer can supply festive banners that welcome those who come to a community event like this.

This wild and wet welcome to the first days of fall has been planned for the afternoon of September 30 in Peavy Dove Field in Miami Springs. Miami New Times website has more details about the day for anyone who wants to find out more.
