McKinney business to welcome summer with a special event

May 2, 2017 by

Early summer in McKinney means that it’s time to make the most from the fruits and vegetables that are in season, and a local establishment will be serving them up in a five course dinner.

The Patina Green Home and Market will be marking its 7th birthday with a specially planned dining experience. With dishes inspired by the farm fresh produce that will be used to craft them, the chef’s tasting menu will give attendees a chance to enjoy some of the ingredients that can be sourced from the local area. The five courses of the meal will be complemented by snacks that will be freshly prepared as well.

Guests can select between a table for two, four or six, and the ticket price per person has been set at $85.00 each, which includes the gratuity. Tax will be charged on the full amount. Anyone who would like to purchase an additional beer or wine pairing will have the option of doing so for $35.00 plus tax. Those who organize a special event such as this can use menus, place cards and other items produced by a local stationery printing company.

This evening that celebrates local agriculture and other food producers will be held on June 24th in the Patina Green Home and Market, which can be found at 116 North Tennessee Street. Tickets and additional information can be found on the organizer’s website.
