The Harvest for Hope Festival is taking place next month in Louisville. It is a fundraising event for Uspiritus.

The free festival will have lots of activities for the kids, including arts and crafts, carnival games and face painting. There are also set to be inflatables, a rock climbing wall, and musical entertainment. Food vendors and trucks will be on hand too.

Later on, there will be a Farm-to-table dinner served out on the lawn. It will consist of a cocktail reception with beer and wine, dinner with ingredients from local farms and prepared by several local chefs and a raffle. Musical entertainment will be provided by the band This, That and the Other. Tickets are $125 each or $1,000 for a table of eight.

Uspiritus is an organization that provides services to youth and families, such as foster care, residential treatment for behavioral problems at the Bellewood Home, community-based programs, and help with independent living.

To advertise this festival in Louisville, a local printing company will likely be asked to provide items such as flyers that can be easily and inexpensively distributed.

The Harvest for Hope Festival will be held at Uspiritus – Bellewood on October 15 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The farm-to-table dinner will take place from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm. To find out more about either event, contact Abby Link at 502-753-5531.
