January 10, 2018 by

The IECA Environmental Connection Conference is taking place in Long Beach next month for three days. It is presented by the International Erosion Control Association, Western Chapter.

The conference is aimed at those professionals in the sediment and erosion control industries, and provides an opportunity for them to network with their peers from around the world. There will be several certification courses, seminars and keynote speakers. The expo portion will showcase the newest products and available services in the field.

The event will kick off with the Making Waves International Reception to be held at the Aquarium of the Pacific on February 11 from 7:00 to 11:00 PM. Guests will be treated to appetizers and a cash bar, prize drawings and chef action stations. Coffee, tea, and water will also be available. Those attending can also tour the exhibits in the aquarium. Musical entertainment will be provided by Sons of the Hydroseeders and Daughters of the Purple Sage. Tickets are $75 each.

No doubt many of the exhibitors will be providing printed material for those who stop by their booths. Those from the Long Beach area may contact their favorite printing company to provide such items.

The IECA Environmental Conference and Expo will be held at the Long Beach Convention Center from February 11 to 14. For more information, visit the official conference website.
