Upcoming conference brings the graphics industry together

The President’s Conference is taking place for three days this month in Long Beach, and is presented by the Printing Industries of America.

This is a conference of the graphic arts industry and it attracts professionals from all over North America; this year’s theme is “20/20” and it stands for clarity and the long term plans of the industry.

It will consist of several keynote speeches, topic table discussions and seminars. Some of the speakers who will be appearing at this year’s conference are Gerry O’Brion from What Big Brands Know, Cheryl Kahanec of the Marketing Solutions Group, author John U. Bacon and Scott Hunter from Unshackled Leadership. Topics of discussion will include using change to your advantage, labor and employment and the industry landscape.

There will also be exhibits from vendors from all over the country. In addition, there are set to be social activities such as breakfasts, lunch and a cocktail reception.

The conference will likely attract many different professionals to the Long Beach area including those in the graphic design industry.

The President’s Conference will be held at the Hilton Long Beach from March 12 to 15. Conference fees are $995 for Printing Industries of America members and $1,195 for non-members. To learn more about the schedule or about the speakers, visit the official event website.
