The 43rd annual Central Kentucky Home and Garden Show is taking place in Lexington next month for three days.

The show will provide the public with professional advice on topics such as gardening, landscaping and kitchen renovations, and many home improvement specialists will be on hand to help. There will also be a great number of vendors selling everything such as garden accessories, art and gourmet foods; there are likely to be many show deals offered.

There will be seminars on topics like greyhound dogs, backyard chickens and metal roofing. There will also be special guest stars such as Alison Victoria from the DIY Network’s ‘Kitchen Crashers’ and home technology expert Boyce Thompson, both of whom will be giving several talks during the three-day event. In addition, there will be full-sized garden, landscape, and water feature displays.

The show is also set to feature children’s activities such as make and take projects, a hi-tech new product zone, a silent auction which will benefit the Better Business Bureau and birds of prey performances.

Lexington poster printing shops are often asked to provide materials to advertise local events such as this.

The Central Kentucky Home and Garden Show will be held at the Lexington Center from April 6 to 8. Tickets are $9.75 for adults and $8.75 for seniors. Call 859-233-3535 for more information.
