The Lucerne County Fair is coming next month, and from the looks of its latest brochures, it is going to something no one will want to miss.

Some of the attractions will be an antique tractor display, an Incredible Milking Cow, the Pork Chop Review, and a parade of baskets. Children can enjoy Kiddie Land, the Petting Zoo, the Ag for Kids tent, and Agri Puppets. Everyone can be a Farmer for a Day, view the 4-H and Ag Exhibits, and enjoy the rides that will be put on by S&S Amusements. A farmers’ market will be making fresh produce available for purchase.

Hansen’s Spectacular and other live entertainment are also on the agenda. The RJ Souton Band will have a performance and A Krazy Karaoke Kontest will be hosted by Bob Perks. Kendal Phillips from American Idol and Morgan Fraizer from The Voice will be performing. A 4-H Fun Show will be in the horse arena. There will also be a tractor parade. The final day will have the princess contest and a BMX stunt bike show.

Kingston folk will want to come out to the Lucerne County Fairgrounds off I-81 on route 118 West from September 7 through 11. Gates will open at 11:00 am. The event will close at 11:00 pm on the 7th and 8th, 11:30 pm on the next two days, and 9:30 on Sunday.
