Fashion faux-pas the focus of Saturday ball

October 10, 2012 by

The ‘Fashion Victim’s Ball’, designed for guests aged 21 or older, should be a highly humorous way to have fun this weekend. Guests are invited to wear the worst fashions they own, in a celebration of awful tastes in clothing. This is a fundraising event with the net proceeds benefiting Camp River Run, which is all about children.

This promises to be a great night for all with cabaret style seating and no table reservations required. Guests who attend this event will enjoy a wonderful guest performance by Boise’s Neil Diamond, as well as Lee Greenwood, while they dance the night away with live music from The Blues Brothers Rock N Soul Revue.

As part of this exciting evening, there will be a silent auction, and a special guest performance by Tina Turner’s Twisted Sista. Throughout the evening there will be awards given out for costumes and much more. This event is not to be missed but organizers say guests should get their tickets early, as this is arguably the fashion event of the year in Boise.

Flyer printing and poster printing may have been used to advertise and promote this fundraising event to members of the community and surrounding communities. Tickets cost $15 per person.

The Fashion Victim’s Ball is being hosted this Saturday, October 13, starting at 6:30 pm at the Mardis’ Gras Ballroom located at 615 S. Ninth Street in Boise, Idaho.
