Festival promises family fun on the Fourth

The 4th annual July 4th Festival and Fireworks is taking place next month in nearby Kingwood.

The festival will have activities that should appeal to the entire family. The host of the event will be Mark Linabury, with musical entertainment provided by DJ Kdub, classic rock band Thunder, and country singer Texas Joe Bailey.

Craft vendors will be on hand to sell their unique homemade items, such as handmade jewelry, home décor, clothing, and pottery. Food and drink will also be available for purchase.

The Kids’ Zone will have lots of fun activities, including hamster balls, laser tag and a dunking booth. The evening will finish off with a spectacular firework show.

For those who are looking for more arts and crafts, the Arts and Crafts Vendors’ Market will take place at the same location several days later. This market takes place twice a year and is a great opportunity for local artisans to showcase their work.

It’s likely that people will attend the festival from all over the area, including those from nearby Humble. To advertise, organizers may invest in brochures or flyers.

The July 4th Festival and Fireworks will be held at Kingwood Town Center Park on July 4 from 2:00 to 9:00 PM. Contact Tony Austin at 281-883-4279 to learn more.

The Arts and Crafts Vendors’ Market will take place on July 8 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
