A presentation of the Houston Northwest Chamber of Commerce and Chi St. Luke’s Hospital, the Paddle N Pedal Fest is taking place next month in Houston.

The festival will take place at two separate locations; the paddling and pedaling will be held at the Kickerillo-Mischer Preserve, and family-friendly activities can be found at Chi St. Luke’s Hospital.

There will be cycling events such as the Indian Trail Bicycle Challenge, kayaking, and canoeing activities. Other attractions include a youth fishing tournament, a geocaching activity, dip netting and pontoon boat rides. In addition, a health tent will be there just in case participants need anything.

Children’s activities at the hospital are set to include a climbing wall, chances to get up close to fire trucks and other emergency vehicles, and train rides. A $5 wristband covers the cost of all games and activities. There will also be food trucks, live musical entertainment and exhibits from local non-profit organizations.

This inaugural event will likely attract plenty of Houston families who enjoy outdoor activities. Organizers may invest in banner printing services to highlight parts of festivals like this.

The Paddle N Pedal Fest will take place on April 14 from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Admission is free. To learn more about this event, contact the Houston Northwest Chamber of Commerce at 281-440-4160.
