It’s going to snow in Glenside

The holiday season is approaching, and Dino’s Backstage is getting ready to kick things off with ‘The Snow Show’.

The show was an enormous hit for the venue last year, and is now back thanks to popular demand.

Michael Richard Kelly-Cataldi and Paula Johns join The Tom Adams Trio to present musical numbers that capture the spirit of Christmas in such works as ‘White Christmas’, and ‘The Carol Burnett Show’. There’s even a tribute to ‘The Hallmark Channel’, which is known for running everybody’s favorite cheesy Christmas movies for weeks during the season.

Kelly-Cataldi has performed throughout the United States and in Europe, and was featured in ‘Forbidden Broadway’ in Philadelphia. He has won awards for his cabaret act, and is often found entertaining in local clubs.

Paula Johns is a jazz vocalist and cabaret singer who has been compared to Ella Fitzgerald and other greats. Like Kelly-Cataldi, she is often a featured artist at clubs in the region.

‘The Snow Show’ runs on weekends beginning November 24 and 25, and then on every Friday and Saturday throughout December The curtain goes up at 8:30 pm for a one-hour performance. Each show features different guest stars, which are listed on the nightclub’s website.

Management in venues such as this can improve the experience by working with a flyer printing company to create a program of the evening.
