Charm City Countdown will be ringing in the New Year with its 10th annual New Year’s Eve Ball.

Over 1,500 flappers, swanky lawyers, gangsters, and zoot-suited fellows are expected to fill the 10 rooms, each with a different Chicago Roaring ‘20s theme.

The areas will be named after the characters in the movie ‘Chicago’. The grand ballroom will become Roxie’s Ballroom, where Under the Covers, a live rock band, will be performing. A gigantic balloon drop is scheduled for midnight.

The South Side Dance Club will have Johnny’s Hideaway, where VIP seating will include food and beverages. VIP entertainment in the form of Duffy and Ro will be found on the 11 floor at Top of the Town, where guests will get a magical view of Washington by night.

Razzle Dazzle Lounge will offer food, drinks, and comfortable seating. The North Side Chill Lounge will have live acoustic acts where guests can relax. Bugsy’s Kitchen will provide food and drinks.

‘Perfesser’ Bill Edwards will be providing piano accompaniment at the Speakeasy a sing-along bar. Glen Burnie guests can also sing at Mama Morton’s Karaoke Lounge.

Dancing will be the feature of the South Side Dance Club, where music will range from oldies to house music and club mix.
