Gastonia becomes home to landscaping company

The Loving Companies, a business that specializes in providing high level commercial and residential services for landscaping and outdoor living, is moving into a property it purchased over a year ago in downtown Gastonia for $213,000.

The commercial space on West Main Street is 6,000 square feet in size, located on the first floor of the four-story Craig and Wilson building. This building is historically significant and was purchased by a pair of developers in 2007. They created 11 one-bedroom and five two-bedroom condominiums on the top three floors, which were purchased by individuals.

The company is creating an open floor plan and installing desks, cubicles, offices, and counters as part of the first floor of the building. It is expected that about 24 people will move from northwest Charlotte into this space.

President of the company, Mike Haynes, said that the firm is finally carrying out its expansion plans and construction is underway. It is expected that the building will be open for operations either later this month or early in June and that the transition to the new space will be without incident. There will be a big event for the staff moving into the building mid-June.

Flyer printing is often used to create flyers to inform people in the community about such developments and their significance to prominent areas of a downtown neighborhood.
