Gardena Chamber to host open house

Businesses and entrepreneurs in Gardena are getting their custom business cards ready for the Chamber of Commerce’s Open House. The dinner and networking event allows new business owners in the area to learn more about each other and the Chamber itself.

During the open house, president Wanda Love will give not only a tour of the local facilities, but also a presentation of the many different facets in which the group helps connect business, the city, service organizations, and residents together. This is in an effort to make locals and businesses more aware of the roles played by their regional chambers of commerce.

Afterwards, dinner and wine will be served, and an opportunity will be provided for guests to network. The event is expected to have a mixture of old and new businesses and organizations, providing an opportunity for participants to find new resources, establish partnerships or even mentorships, and share information about the Gardena area, as well as the possibility of exchanging business cards.

The Chamber of Commerce Open House will be held on June 7 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Chamber’s facilities, located at 1204 W. Gardena Blvd, Ste E. Attendance is free for all local businesses and service organizations, but it is advisable to reserve a spot in advance. For more information, visit the website.
