Three local Chambers of Commerce co-host festival

The Fuquay-Varina Chamber of Commerce is co-hosting the Southwest Wake Community Festival with Holly Springs and Apex Chambers of Commerce.

The festival will be presented by UNC Rex Healthcare. This will be a chance for new and existing businesses in our area to meet our community and introduce us to their goods and services.

Hundreds of visitors from Fuquay-Varina and surrounding communities are expected to attend so businesses can broaden their potential customer bases while networking with other vendors. Guests and exhibitors will be bringing their digital business cards to exchange information. Many businesses will be handing out flyers, brochures, discount coupons and free samples of their products.

A child’s play area will keep the little ones occupied, and food trucks will be vending treats and beverages.

Printing companies and other local businesses can sign up for one of four types of spaces ranging from $225 to $2,500. Location of the booths or tables will depend on the level of ticket purchased. All levels will have admission to a seminar titled ‘Keys to a Great Expo’. Breakfast and lunch will be included. Members of the three Chambers of Commerce hosts will get to signup first and receive $75 discounts.

The Southwest Wake Community Festival will be Saturday, September 9 from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm at the Hope Community Church Apex Campus, 2080 E. Williams St., Apex.
