Unique shopping experience opens near Frankfort

A new Amazon station has recently been installed in the Kohl’s store in Tinley Park so that customers can return purchases made online and also shop for smart home products.

Tinley Park is sufficiently close to Frankfort that residents from the town will no doubt want to take advantage of this new service from the e-retail giant.

The stations will enable customers to return merchandise purchased from Amazon free of charge and have home products for sale, including various types of tablets. The devices will be able to be test-driven by customers before making a final purchase.

A press release from Kohl’s stated that these 1,000-square-foot stations will provide a new kind of shopping experience for customers.

The addition is the result of a partnership between the brick-and-mortar retailer based in Wisconsin and its online counterpart to open spaces of the Amazon Smart Home Experience in Kohl’s stores across the United States. As part of the initial push, there are also such spaces at Kohl’s stores in the Bucktown neighborhood of Chicago, Chicago Ridge, Norridge, Elmhurst, and Highland, Indiana.

There are 82 more smart home spaces that Amazon and Kohl’s plan to open across the country.

Booklet printing companies can be hired by such companies as these to give more information about their newly opened premises and the services they provide.
