Wine and chocolate the focus of Flemington function

January 14, 2018 by

Chocolate and wine is a pairing that has long been enjoyed by many, and during a Flemington event, guests will learn more about how this has come to be such a popular combination.

Grape Finale Hands-On Winery will be playing host to a function that will explore both chocolate and wine in a way that incorporates the senses of touch, taste, feel, and sight. It will also provide an overview of the history of this well-loved treat and how it is crafted

As the guests learn, they will be sampling between six to eight different chocolates sourced from single origins, and each will be accompanied by a wine that was handcrafted by Grape Finale. The host will discuss the pairing and why it was chosen, and each of the participants will leave with a better understanding of how they can select their own choices of both wine and chocolate to enjoy at home.

This event is open to anyone who is 21 or over, and tickets will not be sold at the door. They have been priced at $30 each, and can be purchased up until January 25. A printer can use graphic design techniques to produce a variety of items that can help to promote this type of function to people in the local community.

This introduction has been planned for January 27 at 8 Bartles Corner Road in Flemington. The winery’s website can be consulted for further details.
