Fayetteville brew fest sings the blues

Residents in Fayetteville and the surrounding areas are getting ready for the 15th Annual Blues N Brews (BNB) Festival.

The evening event combines music and craft beer into one celebration.

The fest brings outs some of the most well-known and celebrated blues musicians in North Carolina, and provides a mix of community atmosphere and intimate setting. This year features musical performances by Mark McKinney and Company, as well as Elliott and the Untouchables. The VIP tent will have a special set played by Tullie Brae.

Over 100 different beers will be on hand for visitors to sample. Local breweries like Huske House and the Mash House Brewing Company will be showcasing their wares. A general admission ticket guarantees unlimited sampling of the beers, as well as access to some of the games. A VIP ticket includes early admission as well as special access to the VIP tent, a catered meal, free snacks, and free BNB promotional products.

The festival will be held on June 3 from 4:00 to 10:00 pm at the Cape Fear Regional Theatre, located at 1209 Hay St. General admission costs $35 in advance and $40 at the door. VIP tickets cost $75 and are only available for pre-purchase, while a music only ticket is available for $15. Anyone looking for more info should visit the website.
