Easton area the place to be for fall-themed fun

An Easton area event will be celebrating the harvest season, and it promises to offer plenty of food, friendship, and fun.

This will be the 12th year for the Bethlehem Harvest Festival, which will bring together people from across the region. There will be lots to see and do for those of any age, and it has been planned as a family friendly event. The adults can browse through the craft displays, sample some locally produced beer and wines, enjoy a snack or a bowl of piping hot soup, and take in the other activities that have been planned.

As a special addition to all of this, participating merchants in the city’s downtown core will be participating in the Wine Trail Passport initiative, which will see them offering free samples of the region’s wines for them to savor and enjoy. Soup and beer options are also available, and the “passports” for activities like this can be supplied by a local printing services provider. The kids in the crowd can meet the animals in the petting zoo and paint a pumpkin to take home with them.

All of this excitement will be taking place in Downtown Bethlehem on October 7 from 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm. Anyone who would like to find out more about the day’s activities is invited to visit the festival’s Facebook listing for additional details.
