Cranbury gets ready for annual spring fundraiser

February 9, 2016 by

Local Cranbury artists and crafters, and all who enjoy buying arts and crafts while supporting a worthy cause, will want to mark their calendars for the upcoming Cranbury Craft Show.

This will be the 19th year for this event, and there will be a nominal admission fee.

The show will be juried and will showcase artisans who specialize in photography, glass, leather, and a variety of other materials and textiles. All items will be original and handmade. Attendees will be able to get food at the event’s Garden Café.

The event will once again be sponsored by the Cranbury Education Foundation to raise money for Cranbury Elementary School. The organization has raised close to $100,000 for programs and activities that benefit the school.

There is still plenty of time for the 115 crafters to get any business card printing done, or get their digital business cards updated. Participants will also want to get their registrations verified before the show does its postcard printing for client mailing lists.

The show is scheduled for Sunday March 12 and 13 at Cranbury School on 23rd North Main Street, Cranbury. Doors will open at 10:00 am and close at 4:00 pm on Saturday, and will open at 11:00 am Sunday. The event will wrap things up at 4:00 pm on Sunday afternoon.
