Next CiTiRAMA® to be in West End

The location for the next CiTiRAMA® has been announced—the development of show homes will be located in Cincinnati’s West End, according to an article on the city’s website.

The new development will be comprised of 54 single-family homes, and will be located between Clark, John, and Cutter Streets along Ezzard Charles Drive. The development’s formal name is “CiTiRAMA @Stowe Place,” in honor of Stowe School, which once stood here.

CiTiRAMA® is a partnership between the city and the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati, with the first such development built in 1996. Each year thereafter, a new development has been constructed in what John Cranley, Cincinnati’s mayor, calls an:

“important residential development program.”

Harry Black, the city manager, called these projects strategic opportunities for the city to invest in those areas that are ready for growth. He notes that as the city continues competing to attract new companies and the jobs they bring with them, it’s vital to have good quality housing in the urban core. He believes the developments constructed by CiTiRAMA® help spark the necessary revitalization.

Construction will take place over the next months, with the homes opening for the show September 8-16, 2018.

Many people are interested in projects like this, so officials could work with a brochure printing company to create a mailer that discusses the concept in general, and the type of structures specifically.
